El Aram Natal Mar Hotel

This hotel boasts a prime location right on the beautiful beach, with a stunning view of the ocean. it is conveniently close to the biggest convention center in the area.

Some guests have complained about the lack of attention to cleanliness, and a few minor issues with maintenance should be addressed.

The venue was quiet and had an all night service desk. Staff were helpful and tried to assit where possible. Check in and out was smooth and professional. Breakfasts (included) were excellent and plentiful with varied choices. The use of local ingrediatnets and traditional food was great to give a taste for the area. The pool was great and the loation by the sea was excellent. The shower down at the beach was a great thought.

The fitness centre did noit have much and was very limited hours. I don't think it should be called a fitness centre as there was very little in it.The internet access computers did not work in the last several days of my visit. As most people now use wiFi this is not an issue for many but was for me as I did not travel with a laptop. I could not make it understood to the staff that this was a problem. The staff mostly had no English which made some things a bit difficult but they did try to be as helpful as possible. The breakfast labels and the hotel directory had english sections which I appreicated.

we could visit praia shopping, which was 5 minutes on foot. the hotel had a great location.

I really liked that I got a room with a TV and shower - exactly what I asked for. 📺🚿 the staff here did a great job meeting my needs.

Yes, very small room, dirty pool, no AC working,no Internet working. Im planed to stay 3 days but I left after 1 night.

Great view of the ocean and easy access to the nearby attractions. The pool was clean and had plenty of chairs for guests. The breakfast buffet had a lot of delicious options.

The rooms were tiny, outdated and smelled musty. the staff seemed uninterested in helping the guests and were not very accommodating.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the beautiful beach and conveniently close to the biggest convention center in the area. I also loved the stunning view from my room. The hotel offered a wide range of services, including room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping, all of which were top-notch. The room amenities, such as the air conditioning, mini-bar, and in-room safe, added to the comfort and convenience of my stay. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service from the moment I arrived. The dining options were great, with a restaurant offering a delicious continental breakfast and a bar/lounge area where I could unwind with a drink.

I highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The fine view from our room was lovely, with the beach just a few steps away. The location was ideal, right on the beach and close to the biggest convention center in this city. The cleanliness was great, and the hotel facilities was awesome. the staff were friendly and their hospitality was excellent.
